How to avoid these scams.
- When someone asks you to pay a security fee to get work, Consider it a Scam.
- If a client is not verified from the platform, don’t work with these types of clients.
- Don’t start work until the client activates the milestone or places the payment in Escrow.
- Unverified and fake clients immediately ask for a meeting on Skype or Hangout. They will offer a high amount to get you on call but on call, they can trap you. Avoid this.
- If a client's payment is not verified, don’t start work.
